Our cheapest item is £9 and our most expensive item is £40. Prices are based on material, size and shape. There is NO studio fee to pay, the price you see on the item is the price you pay inclusive of all paint, firing and studio time. We therefore have a piece of craft item to suit every budget.

Absolutely not! We have a large selection of stamps, sponges, stencils, examples and books available in the studio to give you ideas and to inspire you. Our friendly staff will be happy to advise you on techniques.
This depends on you! A medium size piece generally takes between one and two hours to paint. During the week you may stay as long as you like to paint/create your piece. However, during busy times it is necessary to limit your paint and create time to two hours.
Pottery painted with Acrylics, Wood Painting, Decopatch, Fabric Painting, Mosaics, Glass Decorating, Make A Bear, Foam Clay and Canvas Painting are available to take home on the day. Pottery painted with underglaze paints will need to be glazed and fired before it is ready for collection. This will take approximately ten days depending on how busy we are in the studio.
Yes, we offer a variety of hot and cold drinks, amazing delicious fruit smoothies, milkshakes and light refreshments – ideal to keep you going!
Yes, there is free parking right outside the studio.
Yes, we accept cards for all transactions over £5. Sorry we are unable to accept American Express or cheques.
Yes. We have a toddler toilet seat and step up stool. We are also happy to warm through bottles and you are welcome to breast feed your baby in our studio.
We respectfully request that you do not bring your own food into the studio. We have snacks and drinks available to buy if you wish.
We do not recommend these things as they can place stress on your item and cause the glaze to crack or ‘craze’. Crazing is a spider web pattern of cracks penetrating the glaze. These cracks can allow water, dirt and bacteria into the cracks
Our underglaze paint is water based and does not stain your skin or clothing. They are also food safe. Our acrylic paint may stain and is not food safe. We will provide you with aprons for your painting session to protect your clothes. However, please do not wear your ‘Sunday Best’ for painting.
Due to space restraints we keep glazed ceramic items in the studio for up to 3 months
